Nigel Moore is the Director of Hospitality at the EIT. A visionary senior F&B operations specialist with over 27 years of experience in global luxury hospitality, Nigel has shaped the strategic direction of food, beverage, and entertainment operations for leading luxury hotel brands, private member clubs, and standalone restaurants.

He brings deep expertise in designing and delivering high-impact F&B programs, pioneering sustainability initiatives, and positioning brands across cultures to elevate customer experiences. His career highlights include creating innovative concepts and operating philosophies for new hotels and dining venues, overseeing refurbishments, and managing complex projects from inception through to completion.

With nearly 30 years living and working across Asia - most recently in Singapore - Nigel has returned to the UK to continue his career with EIT.

Outside of work, he enjoys alpine sports, trekking, fitness, and discovering new adventures with his family.
