Kate Li is the Operations Coordinator for EIT Education & Scholarships, supporting programme operations and project management to ensure effective systems and processes are in place. She focuses on maintaining smooth day-to-day delivery while improving efficiency as the programme grows.

Before joining EIT, Kate gained experience at the Education Development Trust in the UK, supporting a national peer-to-peer school improvement programme and coordinating partnerships with over 2,000 schools across 60+ local authorities. Kate also worked at Hang Seng University in Hong Kong, where she gained experience in higher education operations.

Kate holds a BSc from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Outside of work, Kate enjoys exploring new coffee shops and discovering different parts of the UK. The Lake District, with its stunning lakes and mountains, is one of her favourite destinations.
