Jess is an HR & Payroll Administrator who is currently working towards her CIPD Level 5 Diploma in People Management. With a diverse professional background, Jess holds a Bachelor of Arts in Prosthetics, Hair and Make-Up and has previously worked within HR in the environmental industry, building on more than seven years of experience in customer service.

Known for a detail-driven approach and a strong commitment to supporting both employees and organisational goals, Jess brings creativity, adaptability and a people-focused mindset to the HR function.

Outside of work, Jess enjoys travelling, reading, and attending live music events.
