Jenna Kapaun is the Selection Manager for EIT Education & Scholarships. Jenna leads the Selection team in developing and delivering innovative and efficient selection processes for the Undergraduate and Graduate Ellison Scholars programmes to select top talent from around the world.

Previously, Jenna held the role of Deputy Faculty Manager for Postgraduate Education at the Faculty of History, University of Cambridge. There, she leads a team overseeing the Faculty’s postgraduate programmes of nine MPhil courses and a PhD course; the postgraduate admissions process; and the Faculty’s outreach and widening participation initiatives. She was also responsible for the Faculty’s Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion committee.
