Barnabás Kádár is a Senior Data Engineer for AI & Robotics at the Ellison Institute of Technology in Oxford. He focuses on designing and operating large scale data pipelines that transform complex scientific datasets, including genomics, molecular measurements, clinical information, and environmental observations, into unified and secure data products that accelerate research in biology, healthcare, and sustainability.

Previously, Barnabás worked as a data engineer for clients in Europe and North America, primarily in the finance sector, building robust high performance data systems across multiple cloud environments. Earlier in his career he worked in international relations within the European Union, which gave him a unique ability to bridge technical and non-technical perspectives.

He lives in the London with his family and loves spending time with them. Outside of work he enjoys tennis and squash and has a long-standing passion for learning across science, history, and philosophy.
