Asid Malik is an accomplished Finance Business Partner, with over a decade of experience across healthcare, government, and financial services. Joining EIT from Genomics England, a Department of Health-owned body, Asid managed over £100 million in budgets, contracts, and workforce spend, playing a critical role in the financial oversight of major national initiatives, including COVID-19, Rare Disease, and Cancer programs.

His career spans key roles at HCA Healthcare, the Hospital of St John & St Elizabeth, and JB Drax Honoré, where he delivered on operational finance, budgeting, KPI development, and strategic financial planning. Asid is known for translating complex financial data into actionable insights and has been instrumental in workforce planning, ERP implementation, and delivering savings through data-driven decision-making.

A Business and Economics graduate, Asid is also actively pursuing his CIMA qualification. His expertise lies in business partnering, commercial analysis, and delivering board-level financial reporting.
